What's Changed

  • Add installer-sh to aid in installing the library to /usr/lib
  • Bump amboso to 1.9.8
  • Bump invil to 0.1.3
  • Drop -DKOLISEO_HAS_CURSES as on by default from configure.ac
    • It can be enabled with --enable-debug=yes like other optional header parts
