Dump NextJS for Vite Pre-release

NextJS + Supabase is not supported on bolt.new.

Firebase was causing too much config grief.

Switched to "bolt.new approved" stack of Vite + Supabase to leverage Bolt.new IDE support for Supabase.

Initial static version of ExitPal app Pre-release
Pre-release

This is the initial version of ExitPal app for the Bolt.new Hackathon 2025. This beta version does not use any API or other external services, that's coming up.
