VarroaPop Command Line App for Linux

This is a first preview of the Linux version of the VarroaPop app.

Run ./VarroaPop -h to see how to specify the program parameters.

This version supports loading a VRP file as input, but it wasn't tested with Mites treatments and other more in-depth parameters.

Don't hesitate to log issues to this repository detailing your configuration and attaching your input files.
