Summary

This PR adds a hover effect that slightly scales up both the individual doc links and the sidebar section containers when hovered. The links also change their text color on hover without altering the background color. These enhancements aim to provide better visual feedback and improve overall interactivity on the docs page.

In my opinion, these hover effects slightly distracts from the clean look the docs previously had. Having cursor pointer for the whole accordion would be nice however. Was this issue triaged?

Thanks for the feedback! This issue has been accepted and is out of triage. The goal was to add subtle visual feedback without being too distracting, and overall, the effect enhances interactivity in a positive way.

That said, there’s always room for refinement. One possible adjustment could be applying the effect only to individual sections or removing the size animation while keeping other enhancements. Open to suggestions on how to improve it further!
