GENESPACE v0.9.3

This is the current release of GENESPACE

Updates here include a modified riparian plot plot_riparianHits, which will eventually replace the previous plot_riparian.
The pan-genome annotation construction method has also been updated to use directed acyclic graphs generated from syntenic hits, rather than enforcing undirected cyclic graphs from orthogroups.
The plot_hits routine has been much simplified and most previous functionality has been removed due to incompatibility issues with low-contiguity genomes. Future versions will restore some of this functionality.

Minor bug fixes to parse_annotations and synteny are also included.
