Documents the complete purge (removal) and purged reinstall (clean slate) command sequences for Linux/macOS and Termux in both README.md and QUICKSTART.md. Moves gum from OPT_CMDS to a required install step. The installer now calls fetch_gum_to (which tries the package manager first, then falls back to the GitHub release binary) and exits with an error if gum cannot be installed, rather than silently continuing without it.
