My setup is 5490 with Intel 8265 WiFi/BT that came packaged from Dell. So, I disabled all Brcm related kext (except BlueToolFixup.kext), and added driver from OpenIntelWireless (AirportItlwm.kext, BluetoothFirmware.kext, IntelBTPatcher.kext). Result: WiFi worked, but not Bluetooth.

Found out that I had to fall back to USBInjectAll.kext, then BT worked. So it appeared that the USB port mapping may need to be redone with Intel WiFI card.

Also, the OpenIntelWireless kexts must be placed below VoodooI2C's drivers. Otherwise Trackpad is not working.

The rest of the EFI worked great!
