Overview
This PR introduces several foundational improvements to the JavaScript SDK and repository documentation.
Changes Included
http_clientmodule (which previously had none).errors.tsto use proper protobuf interfaces instead ofany, improving IDE support and type safety.http_client.tswith proper parameter and return type descriptions.CONTRIBUTING.mdguide covering local setup across different languages, commit conventions, and testing guidelines.grace/enhancer.mdthat was causing checkout issues on Windows.
