* Zone creation mode:
  Press `Z` to switch to polygonal mode.
  Press `X` to switch to lasso (free drawing) mode.
  Press `C` to switch to rectangular mode.
  Press `Z` or `X` while creating a new zone to switch between polygonal and rectangular modes respectively.
* Zone vertex:
  `D` when the cursor is over a zone vertex - delete the vertex.

* Improved lasso mode behavior: start creating a new zone immediately on LMB press without the first point and automatically complete on closure.

* Zone creation mode icon is shown in the status bar.
Build content mask in the working thread.
Move the functionality relating to content mask from ImageView classes.
1. Threshold is coupled to mean value.
2. Fixed value calculation on the selection content stage.
3. Deviation of the hard margins values is highlighted on the margins stage.

Their lifetime is managed by their parents as it is.
Use QShortcut instead of comparing Qt::Key in key event handlers. QApplication has the internal platform specific key map that allows QShortcut's to capture a pressed key independently of the current keyboard layout.

* It makes red circular areas highlighting speckles bigger, and thus more visible;

* In case there are no detected speckles (and Despeckling is turned on), it will overlay the whole picture with semitransparent red cover, so you immediately know that there are no speckles that you need to check.
