Added Support to change the homepage using MDM App Configuration.
Added a new menu option to render the webpage at native resolution. This means that on a 4K Apple TV the content will be smaller however you will be able to see 4K worth of content from a large webpage.
Also added support to enable the native resolution mode from an MDM App config.
