chore: remove The interface description from README.md

Removed the section describing the Kafbat UI interface.

Currently, documentation/images/Interface.gif image does not exist in the repository. So cleanup the interface section to prevent users to be confused when searching the README.

Additionally, there's already a interface gif at https://github.com/kafbat/kafka-ui?tab=readme-ov-file#interface
