This allows using Ruby Regex substitute characters (e.g., \1) in the mask, which allows partial masking.

The purpose of the change is to enable the most common masking pattern, "display the first 6 and last 4 numbers, mask the rest".

Solves #6.

Incremented the version number due to changes.

I will keep the version change to prevent conflicts but I reverted other changes.
