Summary: Adds a UI control to clear all past conversations and implements backend support to delete stored conversation files. Includes a confirmation prompt in the UI and updates app state after clearing.
Why: Users need an easy way to remove conversation history. This implements a simple, reversible UX flow (confirmation) and a backend API to perform the deletion.
