Update model configurations in backend and enhance error handling in OpenRouter. Adjusted council models to utilize free/cheaper options and updated the chairman model. Added error handling for specific HTTP status codes in the query_model function. Updated frontend package-lock.json to include peer dependencies for various packages. #94
