1)XAAMP->GOTO xampp folder in c drive->GOTO 'htdocs' folder->save/clone this folder
2)GOTO your web Browser type in the URL: localhost/NAME_OF_FOLDER_IN_htdocs
For the database, create database 'online_orders' first, -> then run the sql file.(you can import it using PHPmyAdmin)
