• Edited issue templates to remove some required fields
• Added typecheck to CI workflow (to be added when server/api/data/ships gets all its data)
• Fixed feature: add unallocated tp tracker #33, bug: disallow decimals when inputting tp #34, and feature: blur tp input on submit #35
• Removed test console.logs
