What Changed
This PR updates the README.md to reflect that the session replay feature is now live. The description for video replays has been updated from 'Coming soon' to 'Controllable video replays of the browser's session'.

Session replay functionality is now fully launched and available, so the documentation needed to be updated to reflect its current status.
