Color detection with python is a simple gui made with python programming language and both OpenCV and PYQT5 libraries just download and install both then run the program using a python IDE such as PYcharm you will need a working pc / laptop camera grab some object with different colors such as red ,green ,yellow ,blue ,... consider having a good room lighting for more acccurate results.
