Did you had a chance to test it locally?

I just bumped the version to 3.2.22 and did some checks:

• windows_ci - 3.2.14 (current released version)
• windows_ci - 3.2.22

Both CIs are failing with the same issue, so I would presume the issue is not related to the SDL version.
