### Usage of Artificial Intelligence (AI)

The usage of generative AI tool is not welcomed in pull requests. In
particular for new committers.

This warning applies to both the code and description, comments.

The main reasons are:
1. Violation of third party intellectual property
2. Lack of sovereignity/freedom over both toolchain and code base
3. Most of the time, additional useless burden for the reviewers

The usage of AI tool for the review is left to the decision of the
reviewers.
