This adds the Swiss french and german layouts. Based on the German layout as it is similar to the Swiss layouts.
As I was not able to compile the project using Android Studio, I used a fork migrated to Gradle to test the layout. (ThePreviousOne's fork available on spff repository, as in #598)
Requested by #271, #163, #93 and some comments in #13
