Using https://klp.org.in/school/36019/#?tab=library as an example:

Where we don't have data on "AKSHARA LIBRARY DETAILS" can we please hide that div?
Where we don't have data on "AKSHARA LIBRARY DETAILS" can we please only show the "DISE Reports Number of Books as.."
No academic year in KLP in the footer.

There's is a db called lib infra from where that table on details would fill no of computers, racks, chairs, etc.
