- Make sure user-provided type is main type
This makes the API more consistent between physical and logical domains.

The way document types were set was illogical and unintuitive. The StructureDoc classes have their own base type, which is added as a type by default, but if the user provides a type, that should be set as the main type.
When setting a parent id in the metadata of a child, the main type should be used in the id property name.
