Pixel Floor GUI in Python

First, noninteractive script with python:

1. Download "pixelfloornoninteractive.py"
2. Make a 11x11 image. (.jpg or .png)
3. Download updated image2pixels.py (from "PixelFloor-server" repo)
4. run "python image2pixels.py YOURIMAGE | python3 pixelfloornoninteractive.py "

Second, script that does animations
