Update `docs/index.html` to include a new section for displaying the selected camera input and update the script to handle the new camera input section. Update `Dockerfile` to use `ubuntu:20.04` as the base image and update the Scala version to `2.13.8` and SBT version to `1.8.2`. Update `.github/workflows/docker-build.yml` to use `docker/build-push-action@v2` and add a step to push the Docker image to Docker Hub. Update `README.md` to include information about the webcam test site, its features, and how to use it.
