The Android version of ArduLED Remote, can run on every Android version from 6.0 end up (or at least tested on such). To install the app, under Stable Version/ArduLED Remote/Android is a .zip file, containing the .APK file. Simply transfer that file over to your phone, and install it from a file manager.
