If you have recently merged changes that haven't yet made it into a
release, you probably want to deploy the canary images. Always use the
canary images when testing local changes.

If you choose etcd storage, the helm chart will launch an etcd server for you
in the same pod as the service-catalog API server. You will be responsible for
the data in the etcd server container.
