Usable R package. Major features:

  • online clustering algorithm
  • fast C++ implementation

  • strong igraph integration
  • intuitive R interface

Note: It is lacking documentation in this version and I will release new version after having documented everything with better tests. In the next release I will add also streaming examples from file.
