Added an icon to indicate that om oss navigation item is a dropdown in addition to link to om oss page.
REQUIRES WORK: I assume the linking of the navigation items is set in the CMS. As I have no access to this please remember to go in and change the link from just /# to /om-oss so that the button works as a link as well as a dropdown.
Please come with feedback as to what should be improved.
