Excel Workbook is used as an entry form for multiple events. Cells then populate a sheet with ical formula, sheet for text file, and NowPlayingNashville community calendar. ical tab reference cells in DATA sheet, uses concatenate formula to assemble elements into a single event listing text file. This .ics listing is then saved and manipulated using two macros in Notepad++ to generate a viable .ics file. The validate file is uploaded to Bedework using the 'Upload ical file' System function.
Now includes a function to generate a CSV file from Bedework, load that file into an Excel spreadsheet, and convert that data into a print template for Unbound publication, using MS Word.
