Setting annotation functions for rules

Hello!

I'm trying to setup pyreason to be used in my university project. I've notice that some of the functionality described in tutorials is no longer directly available (e.g. loading rules and labels from yaml files). I've been trying to piece together how to give annotation functions to rules via the pyreason format.

Here's what I have so far:

from pyreason.scripts.annotation_functions.annotation_functions import average

pr.add_annotation_function(average)
popular_rule = pr.Rule('popular(x) : average <-1 popular(y), Friends(x, y), owns(y,z), owns(x,z)', 'popular_rule')
pr.add_rule(popular_rule)

yet when I run the code, I get a TypeError with the following stacktrace:

Is there something wrong with my rule syntax or the way I'm adding the annotation function?

Hi @mikkohu Please see this for an example on how you can create your own annotation functions, the internal ones are not working currently.
