How to check if outgoing email is working
Faveo Helpdesk provides a Diagnostics module in the Admin Panel that can be used to check whether your system’s outgoing email is working correctly.
Admin Panel >> Email >> Diagnostics
To see if your email is working, complete these steps:

In the Email section of the Admin Panel, click Diagnostics.

Click the drop-down menu and choose the email account you want to test.

In the “To” form, enter an email you want to send a message to.

Write an email in the Subject and Message boxes.

Click Send to send the test email. If the diagnostics test works you will receive the email; if it doesn’t work it should give you an error message.
