A self learning web app developed using MERN(Mongo-ExpressJS-React-NodeJS) stack. The application uses standard BMI Calculation and Harris-Benedict Calorie Intake Equation for providing options and amount of food items on must have in his diet in order to increase/decrease or maintain a healthy BMI.
