Draft: hooks for Deep Agents Code

Summary

• Rewrites the Deep Agents Code hooks page around the planned Claude Code-compatible hooks redesign (MVP lifecycle events, matcher/config shape, common input/output contract, blocking seams, and known gaps).
• Keeps the shipping fire-and-forget hooks.json behavior documented in a clearly labeled interim section until the redesign lands.
• Marks the page as draft/design-review docs so readers do not confuse planned behavior with current CLI behavior.

Test plan

• Preview the page locally (make docs / Mintlify) and confirm navigation still resolves /oss/deepagents/code/hooks
• Confirm the top warning and “Current fire-and-forget hooks” section are easy to find
• Skim MVP event table, config example, and exit-code/decision sections for accuracy against the internal Hooks System Design
• Decide whether open items (PermissionRequest exit 2, SessionStart outputs, handler-type scope) should stay as gaps or be removed from public docs until resolved
