MusicBee Add-on Updater

A very early build of MusicBee add-on updater. This is not meant to be used as your daily driver.

Still no functionality added at the moment.

• Finalizing the XML manifest structure.
• Get all installed add-ons that have XML manifest file.
• Check if a new version available and notify the user.
• Added ability to ignore update notification for certain add-ons.
