fix: broken DAI transfer on Exchange screen
Root cause: it uses transferDai function which we changed to actually do deposits. Solution: renamed our transferDai to depositDaiToXdai which is more appropriate to the purpose. Added a proper transferDai function using original Austin's code

fix: Out of Gas when depositing with metamask
meta accounts use different gasLimit of 200000, which works fine. Setting the same limit for metamask deposits. Actual gas used is ~153000

* feat: disable sunDai to DAI exchange button if exit doesn't make sense Disable the button if: - account has no daiBalance on SunDai contract. sunDai cannot be burned in this case, so exit is meaningless.
