Adding DevSecOps Pipeline Tutorials for AWS and GCP

This PR contains two minor changes to add links to the AWS and GCP DevSecOps Pipeline Tutorials that are hosted on the DevSec Blueprint's website. Please let me know if you have any questions, comments, or concerns.

Wondering if I can ask you and @ethanolivertroy a favor for this. As of now, L2C phases all end in 1 capstone that is meant to test the skills learned in the topics of the phase.

Could we restructure the projects/hands-on labs to be a concise and succint page where the student knows exaclty what the guidelines are vs. having multiple project ideas.

If this is too much to ask for, totally cool, I can do so. Just wanted to ask before I and/or Rishab make any changes.
