For consistency's sake, can we follow conventional commit format, and copy in the CI job from the other repo's Code checks job?

This release publishes the first package to the monorepo which is the
prettierconfig.It's published to NPM here: https://www.npmjs.com/package/@leather-wallet/prettier-config
It's setup with:
pnpmworkspaces for now.prettierrc.jsformat, we may update that
