for OpenCV4 and Darknet by AlexeyAB (removed the dependencies from OpenCV < 3.4.X)

I made a mess on github creating the new repo (i know very little on how to use it) but i started from tomlankhorst version of darknet_ros, trying to make it compatible with alexeyab version, then i stumble into yours and noticed that we were headed in the same direction.
So i tried yours but i wasn't able to compile it, i made som extra tweaks and i finally been able to compile it without cuda (i can't test it with cuda for now) but it seems to run without problems!

Can you help me point my simple edit to your version and test it properly with cuda and opencv4?

Please make sure that build succeeds.

Thanks for your contribution. Darknet_ros is now OpenCV compatible. Shall we close this issue?

@tomlankhorst tomlankhorst changed the title This compiles and run! (can't test it with cuda yet) OpenCV4 and Darknet by AlexeyAB May 31, 2021
