This milestone is complete when there is a checklist document for manuscript submissions. This checklist will focus on items that must be double-checked prior to manuscript submission to a peer-reviewed journal. Checklist items include the project name, visualizations, formatting, header/footer, supplementary documents, ect.

The milestone deliverable is a Microsoft Word document and exported as PDF document.
