Welcome to my page!
I'm Leonid, Skoltech student at MSc Life Sciences program. Here I combine bioinformatics with agro . I finished BSc in agronomy, with the specialisation in plant breeding and genetics. You can ask me everything about grains!

Currently, I am working in LuCoGen project at the Project Center for Agro Technologies where I am looking for candidate genes responsible for resistance in Lupinus albus L. to Colletotrichum lupini, using -omics technologies.

In a free time I like to read some great book or go to a pub with friends.

My skills

Data analysis: NGS data analysis, transcriptome and proteome data analysis

Lab skills: Basic molecular biology techniques (nucleic acids extraction and purification, gel electrophoresis, PCR), Nanopore libraries preparation, plant biotechnology.
