- Update to the latest workspace, u-release, and gradle
- Don't need to install blade it is not useful
- add workaround
- use new snapshot dxp
- Update nodejs template and partial to be current with liferay-samples
- Update springboot service and partial
- some templates don't have overwrites
- update partials and update sample
- mount workspaces instead of client-extension dir
