CarSim is a small handy tool to simulate some ECUs with UDS diagnostic services. Currently the ECUs don't send any signals and respond only to UDS services ReadDataByIdentifier (SID 0x22) and DiagnosticSessionControl (SID 0x10).
CarSim uses socketcan and can-isotp and is therefore currently only supported on Linux.

make
Or use Qt Creator to open the project.
sudo ip link add dev vcan0 type vcan
sudo ip link set up vcan0
./carsim vcan0
