This also changes to using `f32` values for color stop data. This also bumps the MSRV to 1.82.

There's probably at least one too many changes in this PR. Nothing in here seems clearly objectionable

Yeah, but the alternative was to split the MSRV bump and do it before the Vello / Peniko update. I pulled other stuff out and did them as separate PRs already where it was readily possible, like PR #44 and PR #45. |
