cdba v1.0

This is the first official cdba release :)

This tool (consisting of a client and a server) lets you remotely connect to and control (boot, reboot, flash) your embedded boards from anywhere!

It's been in both development and deployment for many years now, but it's finally time to tag a v1.0 and release it :)
