zh_HK/log-viewer.md references power_event.png and rightclick.png, but these files were missing from zh_HK/fig/, causing the help manual to render broken images. Copy them from zh_CN/fig/ to fix the issue. Fixes: PMS 357679

power_event.png和rightclick.png从zh_CN/fig/复制到zh_HK/fig/，补齐缺失的图片资源。零代码逻辑改动。改动范围
