这个类库是微信公众号开发的，将常用的微信公众号操作封装了几个类，整个打包为一个SDK，在ThinkPHP中，只需要简单的调用就可以了。
假设将本插件放在Extend/Vendor/Lanewechat目录下面，只需要讲wechat.php文件可以和微信公众号平台通信即可。
