          docs(blog): fix an ambiguous sentence

“约定如有意思冲突”这个句子片段，既可按“约定”作为动词性、谓语成分解释，
也可按“约定”作为名词（意为“约定内容”）、作为“如有意思冲突”的话题成分解释。

此处虽然不会造成实质性的理解歧义，但仍然加几个字，将语法歧义消除掉。
预期的语义是前者（即不使用现代汉语口语上常用的话题句式）。
