colors of spectrum bars depending on levels character of spectrum bars depending on levels white window titles, dim bold text tracks active channels based on estimated channel above threshold and keeps for window draw, color of active channels shown to highlight adjusted layout of rx window to show min/max frequency also but need to still estimate min/max from spectrum bins and update correctly
