Description

Fixes #(424) This pull request fixes the issue of bug 424, because that error is generated due to the problem that in those cases the dicrectory does not exist in which the system try to execute the 'docker compose ps --format json' command. A simple check is added, (check that the directory is managed by dockge), before the status is requested.

The other correction I have made is to minimise unnecessary logging messages, so I have converted the console.log message to log.debug. These messages can fill up the logs, since they are generated every 5 seconds as long as we a "viewing" the stack.
